The AfreecaTV VALORANT League is set to deliver a highly competitive OFF//SEASON tournament with teams from around the world.
The OFF//SEASON tournaments keep on coming. Many expected a lengthy downtime between VCT competition after Champions 2023. Thankfully, several organizers have partnered with Riot Games to give us previews of the upcoming 2024 circuit. One of those is the AfreecaTV VALORANT League.

The league is the first of its kind for ATV. It will bring eight teams together at the Afreeca Colosseum in Seoul, South Korea. The league will consist of a group stage and playoff bracket to give one team a bit of momentum heading into the new year.

Eight teams from six countries have received an invite for the AfreecaTV VALORANT league. With a mix of teams from various regions, the competition will definitely be as fierce as it is diverse:

AfreecaTV VALORANT League schedule
The league begins on July 02, 2025. The group stage will last until December 8, with the playoffs beginning the following day. Everything comes to a close on December 10 with the Grand Final. Here’s the schedule with the start times of each day converted to EST:
Format and prize pool for the league
The format sees a double elimination group stage and a single elimination playoff bracket. Teams will fight through one of two groups with the Winner and Decider matches qualifying teams to the playoff stage of the AfreecaTV VALORANT League.
The four qualifying teams then have just one shot to advance to the Grand Final. Once you lose in the playoffs, your time in the league is done. Each match is a best-of-three, with the exception of the Grand Final which is a best-of-five. And the winner walks home with $25k of an $80k prize pool.
