It’s time to add these adorable player icons, a GOATS player title, and more to your collection.
The arrival of the limited-time Overwatch Classic GOAT game mode in Overwatch 2 means a brand-new event that grants players a bunch of Battle Pass XP and free in-game items! Read on for all of the Overwatch Classic GOATS event challenges and rewards.
Overwatch Classic GOATS event challenges and rewards
Above are all of the Overwatch Classic GOATS event challenges and rewards. In addition to a lot of Battle Pass XP, players who duke it out in the game mode can earn the free Lucio and Zarya player icons. There’s also a Reinhardt souvenir that looks like the tank with a lion’s head. Another interesting reward is the GOAT Of All Time player title. This one requires playing 50 games of Overwatch Classic. However, do note that match victories do grant double the progress!

More Overwatch 2 events and free loot boxes
While you’re completing the new Overwatch Classic GOATS challenges, you can also do the challenges for the Overwatch 2 x LE SSERAFIM and Perked Up events. This is because all of the event progress counts toward them!
For example, after winning a match in Overwatch Classic GOATS, we also gained progress toward the free loot boxes. We’ve already completed all of the Overwatch 2 x LE SSERAFIM challenges, but for players who haven’t done so yet, it’s a great time to take on three events all at once.
