The trailer confirms Alucard, which is no surprise if you’ve finished the first season. Considering Ricther’s lineage of games, we’re likely to see much more of Alucard in the coming season than we did in this one.

We also seem to see Juste Belmont, touching the grave of his wife Lydie Erlanger, who was a supporting character inCastlevania: Harmony of Dissonance. His absence is explained in the show, but he could prove another powerful ally for Richter and friends.

It does seem like the project is in the storyboarding phase, so chances are we won’t hear anything for a while. However, director Samuel Deats saidthat the wait might not be as long as we think. For context, the first season ofNocturnewasofficially announcedin June 2022, and premiered in September 2023.
