The biggest amatuer circuit is switching lanes.
Call of Duty Challengers has officially switched to FACEIT due to fan request, and hopeful CoD grinders will now have an easier and more consistent way to join the amateur circuit.
The new platform hopes to smooth the signup process and allow more players than ever before, increasing the scope of the competition.

FACEIT officially announced the switch through anofficial blog postpublished on Jun 13, 2025. The project originally stemmed froma Reddit postfrom Dec. 2023, where FACEIT asked CoD Challengers players how to improve the sign-up process. The campaign worked, and the third-party matchmaker is now partnering with Activision to host the league.
