The Rocket League Esports World Cup 2024 tournament features matches of the top 16 teams. All of the details are here, including results.
It’s the last week of Esports World Cup 2024. After many other competitive titles being featured at this massive event, it is the turn of Rocket League to show what the top-most level of play in this game looks like. A total of 16 teams are battling for the impressive prize pool of $550,000 and for the glory of being crowned as the EWC Rocket League 2024 champions.

Format and schedule
A total of 16 of the best Rocket League teams in the world are participating in Esports World Cup 2024. The tournament has two main stages:

Groups
The 16 Rocket League teams have been seeded in these four groups.
Groups stage — Day 1
Here are the results for Day 1 of the EWC Rocket League tournament.
In Group A, G2 Stride and Team BDS defeated their opponents, so these teams will play in the upper-bracket final. Limitless and PWR will have an elimination match.
In Group B, the victorious teams are Gen.G Mobil1 Racing and Team Falcons. XO Esports and Team Secret proceed to the lower bracket.
FURIA Esports and Team Vitality will play in the Group Cupper-bracket finals. Both had pretty confident victories.
In Group D, we witnessed the closest match of EWC Rocket League: Gentle Mates Alpine and Chiefs Esports Club treated the viewers to five excellent games. Chiefs Esports Club and Spacestation Gaming won their opening matches.
Day 2
The first playoff qualifications happen on the second day of Rocket League EWC 2024. But the first eliminations are also here.
G2 Stride, Team Falcons, Team Vitality, and Spacestation Gaming qualified to the top 8 of EWC Rocket League via the upper brackets.
Limitless, XO Esports, Nkosi Ballers, and Gaimin Gladiators are out of the tournament.

Day 3
On the third day of the Esports World Cup 2024 tournament, eight teams in groups battle for the remaining four spots in the top 8 brackets. Also, we will be able to witness the quarter-finals.
In the first match of the day, Team BDS defeated PWR with a 3:0. They play vs Spacestation Gaming in the EWC Rocket League quarter-final.
Gen.G Mobil1 Racing also won their match 3:0. Their quarter-final opponent is Team Vitality.
FURIA Esports has a tough (and super exciting) match vs Twisted Minds. FURIA win 3:2 to play vs Team Falcons in the Esports World Cup quarter-finals.
Chiefs Esports Club is the last team to proceed to the quarters from the group stage. They won a match vs Chiefs Esports Club 3:0. Their next opponent is G2 Stride.
Quarter-finals
Team BDS are the first participants of the EWC Rocket League. They won their match vs Spacestation Gaming 4:2.
Gen.G Mobil1 Racing won over Team Vitality 4:0 — to play against Team BDS in the semi.
Team Falcons proceed to the semi-final after their victory over FURIA Esports, 4:2. Their opponent is G2 Stride, who defeated Chiefs Esports Club with 4:0.
Day 4 — Rocket League EWC 2024 semi-finals and grand final
It’s the Championship Sunday for the Rocket League tournament at the Esports World Cup 2024. The remaining four teams play in the semi-finals. The winner will be decided in the grand final.
Semi-finals: Gen.G vs BDS; Falcons vs G2
Team BDS defeat Gen.G and proceed to the EWS Rocket League grand final. While BDS looked very balanced in controlling the field, Gen.G for a lot of the time focused on defense and counter-attacks. That did not help, and only at the end of the series, Gen.G found a better offense — but the time was too scarce to change the match results.
Team Falcons pretty much dominated their match vs G2. Sure, the opponents also had some good moments, and theLondon Major winnersscore some goals and got one game. But Falcons were better this time in many various aspects. Getting a few amazing goals at the end of game 5 sealed the deal. Team Falcons proceed to the EWC grand final to play vs Rocket League Team BDS.
EWC 2024 Rocket League Grand Final: Falcons vs Team BDS
Team BDS looked simply amazing in this match! They won game 1, and then they applied such pressure that Team Falcons made quite a few small mistakes. The local heroes also had great moments and wonderful goals, but it felt like confidence was lacking at the end of the series. With the match point on their side, Team BDS scored in the last overtime of the tournament and claimed victory at the Rocket League Esports World Cup 2024.
