Dimitri and the Lions are back
The next Nintendo musou crossover is just around the corner, asFire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopescloses in. Today, Nintendo spotlights one of the factions the protagonist can side with inThree Hopesunder the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus, a.k.a. the Blue Lions.
The Kingdom of Faerghus is one of three nations in Fódlan, the setting of bothFire Emblem: Three Housesand its upcomingWarriorsspinoffThree Hopes. It represents one of three routes in the original game, and it looks likeThree Hopesis taking a similar approach, having the protagonist Shez side with one of the three nations once again.

Intoday’s trailer, we get to see the Blue Lions of Faerghus in action. It basically serves as a roster confirmation for many of these fighters, but it’s interesting to see how warriors like Ingrid and Ash fight. Also, we’d seen glimpses of Dedue before, but now we know. It is Deduesday.
As for the rest of the bunch, hopefully we’ll get some confirmation soon. We’ve seen Claude and Hilda from the Golden Deer, and Edelgard and Hubert from the Black Eagles. With all the Blue Lions in theThree Hopeslineup, odds seem good we’ll at least see every student take the field.

War of theThree Houses
Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopesis both the secondWarriorscrossover withFire Emblemand, seemingly, an alternative timeline story forThree Houses. Basically, it seems likeThree Hopeswill be toThree HouseswhatAge of Calamitywas toBreath of the Wild.
Hopefully the time between has given Omega Force and Team Ninja some time to work on the formula. WhileFire Emblem Warriorshad some cool ideas, it also fell a bit flat compared toHyrule Warriors.

With the underpinning story and world ofFire Emblem: Three Houses, maybe the massive army-slaying action genre will click with this franchise.Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopeslaunches for Nintendo Switch on July 01, 2025.
