More than $7 million is up for grabs in the FNCS this year.
The wait for an official Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS) roadmap in 2024 is over. On the heels of Fortnite Chapter 5’s successful launch, competitors have been eager to see what Epic Games has in store for the year ahead. Today, the Fortnite Competitive team announced another year of Major tournaments under the Duos format, with more than $7 million up for grabs and another in-personGlobal Championshipto round out the year, though a date and venue for the LAN is TBD.

FNCS 2024 format explanation
TheFortnite Champion Series(FNCS) in 2024 features three Majors, similar to 2023. However, unlike last year, there will be no Last Chance Major. That means Duos only have the three Majors to punch their ticket to the FNCS Global Championship 2024.
To participate in FNCS Majors 1, 2, and 3, you and your teammate must reach Platinum I inRanked Battle Royale. Once you have reached Platinum I, you may queue into the Open Qualifiers to start your FNCS journey.
