Version 5.8 event calendar
To obtain 20,000 Mora, visit theHoYoverse calendar pageand share it on your social media. In this update, we will have five in-game events and a community event. We will also meetIneffa, the newest 5-star Electro Polearm unit.
Sunspray Summer Resort event
The Sunspray Summer Resort is the main highlight of the upcoming update. This holiday event is centered around summer activities and offers players the opportunity to earn a variety of rewards. Among these rewards are a free outfit for Bennett and an exclusive event item, a 4-star claymore called Flame-Forged Insight. You will also get 1,000 Primogems and various ascension and talent materials. It starts on July 30 and ends on Aug. 18.
Ineffa’s Emotional Care event
This one is a community event. We don’t know much about it, but it is about Ineffa, the newest character. On July 21, Genshin Impact shared someinteresting lore facts about her on X. The event starts on Aug. 1 and ends on Aug. 10.

Stygian Onslaught event
The Stygian Onslaught is returning to challenge you and provide many artifacts. Introduced in version 5.7, this event will reward you with primogems, artifacts, and several other prizes by completing battle challenges. It will be available throughout the entire update period from Aug. 6 to Sept. 9.
Tracing Vanishing Trails event
From Aug. 14 to Aug. 25, Travelers will team up with Yelan to uncover an artifact fraud scheme by investigating clues and following leads. Complete the event challenges to earn ascension materials, Mora, and Primogems. Plus, get an in-game preview of Yelan’s brand-new paid outfit.
Mementos of Teyvat: Prelude of the Frozen Veil
This is a classic Genshin Impact event. Before heading to the new region, capture some memories from Natlan and photograph the scenario. From Aug. 21 to Sept. 1, take some cool pictures and earn rewards from it.
Finally, in the last days of the update, you will be able to farm some companionship EXP, Mora, or character level-up materials. The Ley Line event is happening from Sept. 1 to Sept. 9.
