The new Hearthstone Mini-Set includes Smoldering, Imbue and Dark Gift cards.
Blizzard Entertainment has announced the Embers of the World Tree Mini-Set for Hearthstone’s Into the Emerald Dream expansion.
Into the Emerald Dream Mini-Set release date
According to Blizzard Entertainment, the Into the Emerald Dream Mini-Set launches on May 13. This Mini-Set features 38 new cards, including some Smoldering cards. Smoldering cards grow stronger each turn they remain in a player’s hand, but if kept too long, they will be discarded.
In terms of what else to expect from the Embers of the World Tree Mini-Set, players can look forward to moreImbue and Dark Gift cards. As a quick refresher, playing an Imbue card for the first time grants the player new hero power. This hero power then gets upgraded with each additional Imbue card played. Meanwhile, Dark Gifts can be seen as power-ups for minions.

An example of a Smoldering card from the new Hearthstone Mini-Set is Smoldering Grove, which is also a Fire spell for the Mage class that draws one card. Other cards from the Mini-Set include Scorching Winds, Inferno Herald, and Living Flame.
As for the new Dark Gifts cards, they include ones such as Cremate, Frostburn Matriarch, and Frostburn Broodling.
In terms of getting this new Hearthstone Mini-Set, players may do so for $14.99 USD or 2,000 in-game gold. Meanwhile, the completely golden version can be bought for $69.99 USD or 10,000 in-game gold.
