Hilary Duff’s husbandMatthew Komahas revealed he’s had a vasectomy.
On Monday, Koma, 36, shared several snaps and clips of his surgery journey on his Instagram Story, starting with a selfie in a car with the caption, “It’s vasectomy day!!!!!!” adding another of his “vasectomy fit check” as he snapped a mirror selfie of his outfit.
The musician then shared more mirror selfies while waiting for the procedure in the hospital, revealing he’d taken a Valium and was “feeling hyped.”

“10/10 would recommend,” Koma added alongside another shot of himself just wearing black underwear and what appeared to be bandaging underneath as he gave the camera thumbs up.
The record producer also told fans he was “very high” and had “never taken a drug in my life,” adding, “This is cool” while sharing another selfie.

Among Koma’s many photos, he included one of Duff, also 36, in the driver’s seat of the car. “Hot nurse,” he wrote alongside the picture.

“So much for silent nights. Love, the Duff-Bair-Comrie Crew,” the front of the card read, while the back added, “Buckle up Buttercups, we’re adding one more to this crazy bunch!”
