The Sattiq Poppy Farmer House Key is earned in a different way to most keys in DMZ.
The Sattiq Poppy Farmer House Key is one of the many keys that unlock locations in Call of Duty’s innovative DMZ mode. Players use keys in this new, Escape from Tarkov-style mode, to complete missions and gain loot in Al Mazrah.
Most keys in DMZ require players to complete a mission to obtain them. This key isn’t like that. The Sattiq Poppy Farmer House Key is, instead, required in order to complete a mission. That mission is the Espionage mission.
How to get the Sattiq Poppy Farmer Key
Seeing as the Sattiq Poppy Farmer Key isn’t obtained by completing a mission, it makes getting it quite difficult. It is required for the Tier 2 Black Mous mission, Espionage.
Unfortunately, unlike the other keys in MW2 DMZ, there is no guaranteed way to get your hands on the key. The Deckhand Toolbox Key and BC Toolbox Key both have missions that have them as rewards.

Instead, players will have to go a different way about getting their hands on the Sattiq Poppy Farmer Key. There are three different ways that players can get this key.
Killing the armored troops dotted around Al Mazrah will always guarantee higher-value loot. Infinity Ward designed these enemies to challenge players caught away from their team, so stick close and take them out tactically. These enemies have a chance of dropping the Sattiq Poppy Farmer Key upon defeat.
Players can also find keys in the dozens of loot caches that you can find around the map. Although the chances of actually finding the key this way is a lot lower than the other two options.
The last option is to complete the HVT contracts that can be found on the map. There is an increased chance that these enemies will drop the Sattiq Poppy Farmer Key. Upon finding the key, using any of these means, players can then complete the Espionage mission.

Rewards for completing Espionage
For completing the Espionage mission, players earn the Triage skin for the Rose operator. It’s pretty much the same as the base version of the Roze operator but with clothing that is slightly darker.
DMZ also gives players 15,000 XP for completing the mission too, meaning that it is a fantastic way to level items up inside Modern Warfare 2.
