It’s time to celebrate the holiday season with the brand-new Jingle Belle Mercy skin! The holiday Mercy skin became obtainable as of Dec. 21. It was previously scheduled to be available on Dec. 26. Read on for our guide on how to unlock the Jingle Belle Mercy skin in Overwatch 2!
How to get the Jingle Belle Mercy skin in Overwatch 2
To add the Jingle Belle Mercy skin to your Overwatch 2 collection, head over to the in-game shop. Under the “Featured” section, there are four new bundles you may check out. One of them is the “Jingle Belle Mercy Bundle” that requires 2,500 Overwatch Coins. This is about $25 USD.
The Mercy bundle includes the legendary Jingle Belle Mercy skin itself alongside the Homemade Cookies highlight intros, a weapon charm, name card, player icon, plus the Reindeer Headband Mercy spray.
If you wish to just get the Jingle Belle Mercy skin by itself, then that’s an option as well. Typically, you can do this by selecting “Heroes” from the main menu and choosing the hero. Next, scroll through her skins until you find the Jingle Belle Mercy one. Alone, this requires 1,900 Overwatch Coins.
However, as of Dec. 21, if you try to buy the Jingle Belle Mercy skin Overwatch 2, then an error message pops up that reads, “The purchase failed. Please try again later.”

Other items of interest in the current shop rotation include the Ugly Sweater Soldier: 76 and Ugly Sweater Winston skins. Similar to the Jingle Belle Mercy offer, these skins can be obtained through the Ugly Sweater Soldier: 76 Bundle for 1,100 Overwatch Coins and Ugly Sweater Winston Bundle for 1,200 Overwatch Coins.
There’s also the option of getting the Sweater Weather Mega Bundle for 3,100 Overwatch Coins. However, note that this bundle only includes the Mercy and Winston skins. The Soldier: 76 skin is not a part of this offer.
The Battle.net shop also confirms this, noting that the Sweater Weather Mega Bundle contains 10 items and doesn’t include the Ugly Sweater Soldier: 76 skin.
