Jared Padalecki, who’s known for starring inSupernaturalopposite Jensen Ackles, has opened up about the details revolving around his reunion with Ackles inThe Boysseason 5. Padalecki has joined the cast ofThe Boysfinal season, alongside Misha Collins, who also appeared inSupernatural. Ackles was cast as Soldier Boy, the original Americansupe inThe Boysseason 3.
It is not yet clear who Padalecki will be playing inThe Boys, but it was confirmed that he will be appearing as a guest star and he and Ackles will have a scene together, at least. InSupernatural, Ackles and Padalecki respectively played Dean and Sam Winchester, two brothers who hunt otherworldly beings. Both Padalecki and Ackles have appeared in all 15seasons ofSupernatural.

I’ll say this much — my character is very excited to meet Soldier Boy. It’s Episode 5 of Season 5. I think they’re putting out the first four episodes and then a little bit of time and then the final four episodes. And for those who are not yet 18, do not watch it.
