Miami-Dade court records show Johnson pleaded not guilty and Judge Lody Jean ordered her to not contact the alleged victim. Johnson was also denied bail on Tuesday, court records show. She is currently still being held in custody at the Miami-Dade County’s Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
A Miami-Dade public information officer did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment about the case on Thursday.

She asked her date for money to fix her car and then allegedly began yelling “You guys are out to get me” before pouring gasoline into the passenger side of his SUV, lighting the inside of the car on fire with a lighter, the arrest report claims.Both she and the alleged victim caught on fire. Johnson allegedly ran away, the man reportedly told police, before he ran to the hotel’s front desk for help and was soon taken to a local hospital where he was treated for burns, the arrest report states.
Police allegedly found Johnson naked and talking about having blown up a car hours later, according to WSVN. She was also taken to a local hospital and treated for her burns, the outlet reports, citing the arrest report.County records show Johnson’s next court appearance is scheduled for Dec. 18.
