Just over a month before shutdown
With a closure date of May 17, 2025 forWarhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, the end is nigh. Mythic has written a blog post for the remaining players and those looking to come back — there’s some new stuff planned for the MMO’s final days.

While I can’t personally speak toAge of Reckoning, I do find the idea of sticking around with an MMO until the bitter end to be super interesting. Hearing aboutThe Matrix Online‘s closure, for instance, was fascinating — even as someone who had never touched the game. The fact that the developers are going out with a bang here makes it even better.
