Realistically, you could go cheap and get the bare minimum to run Fortnite, but it won’t be an enjoyable experience. That’s why we have provided the recommended requirements to play Fortnite, which will run the game at decent speeds.

RAM (Memory)

There are quite a few different types of RAM out there, and most of them are applicable.

If you can’t afford 16 gigabytes at the moment, then eight will do, but do not go any lower.

Graphics Card

There are many different graphics cards on the market, and a lot of them can get quite pricey. The newer models are definitely going to give you smoother gameplay, but a lot of the older models still work just fine.

The NVIDIA 20 series is a good starting point for your graphics card, but you’re able to also go for the 30 or 40 series if you want better.

Processor

Processors are another important part of your PC. Having a good processor and graphics card will help your game run at a high FPS.

The AMD Ryzen 7 series is perfect for PC builds and not too expensive either. Intel series 7 processors are also decent, but a little more pricey.

The rest of your build can be pretty standard, including a case, power bank and motherboard. With everything provided above, your PC should easily be running Fortnite at 144 FPS or more.
