Megadeth and WARGAMING are teaming up to bring heavy metal to World of Tanks and World of Warships in a new collaboration.

Heavy Metal superstars Megadeth are taking to the online battlefields this month as WARGAMING announces the Metal Fest event for World of Tanks and World of Warships. The event, announced on August 16, will see four of WARGAMING’s titles taken over by Megadeth, and their frontman Dave Mustaine.

As part of the event, Mustaine will be providing voiceovers with his iconic voice, alongside bandmates James LoMenzo, Dirk Verbeuren, and Kiko Loureiro. In addition, World Of Tanks Modern Armor, World Of Tanks Blitz, World Of Warships, and World Of Warships: Legends will all feature in-game Megadeth branded items, including tanks, warships, and decals.

These items will also be the first videogame representation of Vic Rattlehead, the Megadeth mascot! I mean… He’s no Eddie from Iron Maiden, but the thought is there!

Another incredible collaboration from WARGAMING

WARGAMING has never been afraid to walk on the wild side with its collaborations, partnering with anime, movies, and other games. Now they’re teaming up with one of the most recognizable metal bands in the world.
