‘We have created the game we wanted to’

Consider me highly intrigued.Teslagradis a platforming game in which a boy has become involved in a conspiracy surrounding the king of a “steampunk-inspired version of old Europe.” It’s also the debut release ofRain Games; talk about a strong first showing.

The trailer — and the hand-drawn art showcased within — speaks for itself, so please, give it a moment of your time. The developers describeTeslagradas having a non-linear world and voiceless storytelling, which should be a smart fit for the setting itself, a place called the Tesla Tower. Can’t you picture it already?

Fittingly, the boy will use electromagnetic powers to make it through the tower’s puzzles. Yes, that sounds just lovely. No word on a release, but I’m hopeful we can play this before the year is over.
