While your Skills can make or break your game, it’s also important to have good synergy between them and Talents. Here’s the fullSkillfulTalents list so that you know what to choose in your slot.
Full list of Roblox Skillful Talents
When it comes to Skill and Flow, it’s not explicitly bad to get common rarity. However, when it comes to Talents, if you have any which areCommon, you are basically working with a debuff. If you have the change, reroll as soon as possible. Skillful codes can be redeemed for money which means more rolls.
The best Skillful Talents
Certain Talents can work for some people, and not work for others. It really depends on what kind of playstyle you are rocking (Offense, Defense, something in between).
For me, the overall best Talent for any style of soccer isAware. You can always use a speed and stamina increase no matter what. I’ve been stuck on the wrong side of the field with no stamina and speed to catch up to my rivals to know this. Aware is a Legendary Talent, however and you might not get it at the start (if you do, I am absolutely jealous of you).

A more realistic Talent to have isFlexible. There are plenty of Skills which will ragdoll you and leave you useless on the ground. Flexible means you recover from the ragdoll state much faster.
Since we are talking about ragdolls, you can go the opposite direction and pickAggressive. This means that the opponent you ragdoll stays down much longer. This Talent needs to be combined with Skills that can overbalance other players (Spinning Top, Mega Quake and others).

So long as it’s not a Common, you may make any of the Talents work. Having a slight boost on something is always better than having a debuff on you, that’s for sure.
