The Herta - Skills and Kit
Up until now, the Hertas that we have been interacting with in the Space Station have been puppets. She is member #83 of the Genius Society, alongside fellow geniuses Ruan Mei and Screwllum.
She is also an Emanator of Nous the Erudition. Other Emanators we’ve already met include Phantylia (Emanator of Destruction), Acheron (Self-Emanator of Nihility), and Jing Yuan (Emanator of the Hunt).

XC Enriquez
As a playable character,The Hertais a 5-star Ice Erudition unit. Her 4-star self is of the same Element and Path but with a lower rarity. Otherwise, she is the first of this exact archetype. She is thus expected to be a direct upgrade to her 4-star self. How fitting.
Basic ATK - Wake Me Up When Slumber Ends (Single Target)
The usual Ice DMG single target attack.
Skill - Big Brain Energy (AoE)
Deal Ice DMG to one enemy and adjacent targets 2 times. Inflict a stack of Interpretation.
Enhanced Skill - Hear Me Out (AoE)
When The Herta has Inspiration, enhance her Skill.
Consume 1 stack of Inspiration, deal DMG to one enemy and adjacent targets 2 times, then deal DMG to all enemies.
Ultimate - Told Ya! Magic Happens (AoE)

Re-distribute Interpretation stacks on all enemies, prioritizing the transfer of high stacks to Elite-level targets and above. The Herta then increases her ATK, deals Ice DMG to all enemies, then immediately takes action and gains 1 stack of Inspiration.
Talent - Hand Them Over (Enhance)
Inflict 1 stack of Interpretation to enemies entering combat.
The Enhanced Skill deals more DMG based on the target’s Interpretation Stacks. Increase this bonus when there is at least 2 Erudition Characters.
Technique - Vibe Check
Mark the locations of nearby Basic Treasures after using the Technique.
At the start of the next battle, increase The Herta’s ATK. Inflict Interpretation on all enemies at the start of each wave.
In the Simulated or Divergent Universe, deal massive True DMG to all enemies at the start of each wave.
