Can’t find the Master of Auras anywhere? Here’s an update about that Blox Fruits NPC.

Apart from its usual perks, enabling Aura also enhances your character’s appearance by allowing you to purchase a specific Aura color offered by the Master of Auras in Blox Fruits.

However, unlike most NPCs in the game, the Master of Auras isn’t the type that sticks around in one area, so you need to be aware of his spawn locations if you want to change your character’s Aura color. Still, many players lately are scratching their heads as they can’t find this NPC anymore, even though they know the specific spots where he can be usually found.

For those who have been playing Blox Fruits for a long time and are wondering about the same thing, you might’ve overlooked a big change that happened during the Dragon Update of Dec. 2024.

What happened to the Master of Auras in Blox Fruits?

Since the Dragon Update, the Master of Auras isn’t available anymore in Blox Fruits. The NPC that’s known for changing Aura colors for years has been replaced by a new NPC called the Barista Cousin. Additionally, the Color Specialist (the NPC that also lets you change to any Aura color but in exchange for Robux) also got reworked into Barista.

Interacting with the Barista Cousin prompts a new game mechanic of changing Aura colors in the game. Instead of spending Fragments to acquire an Aura color, Barista Cousin will give you an Aura color recipe for free.

If you go to the Barista (located in the Café in the Second Sea and the Mansion in the Third Sea), he can craft the Aura color recipe for you, which requires several Berries and Fragments.

Where to find the Barista Cousin (formerly the Master of Auras)?

The Barista Cousin behaves the same way as his predecessor. He spawns in a specific area in Second Sea and Third Sea, stays there for 25 minutes before disappearing for five minutes, and then respawns in a new area.

In other words, if you need to find the Barista Cousin to collect some Aura color recipes, you have to be aware of his whereabouts as listed below:

The fastest way to find the Barista Cousin is to eat a Portal Fruit and use its World Warp ability to teleport to any of his possible locations.

Second Sea is the better choice for tracking down the Barista Cousin, as it has only six locations to check compared to seven in the Third Sea.

If Barista Cousin isn’t present at any of the spots mentioned above, it means that it has already despawned, so the best thing to do is hop to a different server and check those places again.
