NPCs who can give you an HIA Commemorative Coin will have a gray speech bubble on top of their head. Areas where you can pick up the coins will have a gold shimmer.
Clicking or tappingNew Eridu Timeat the top left of your screen while in Lumina Square or Ballet Twins Road will reveal if there are any HIA Commemorative Coins you can pick up in those areas. Note that the activity is shared between the two areas; the HIA coin can be in either area when you see this activity.

Why aren’t some HIA Commemorative Coins spawning?
Other events may occupy some of the NPCs that give you HIA Coins on Lumina Square. The schoolgirls, for example, are the same ones that hang out with Ellen. Before you start looking for HIA coins, make sure you interact with Ellen and her friends first if their dialogue is available. She and her friends often loiter around Lumina Square and Sixth Street.
How to Start Collecting HIA Commemorative Coins
Your quest to collect the HIA coins in ZZZbegins on Sixth Street. Talk to Elis at General Chop’s Noodle Shop during themorning or afternoon. After talking to the Sage in the Barrel and returning to Elis, he will give you your first coin.
